ROCKINSUL RB slabs are semi-rigid and rigid boards manufactured from stable rock fibers bonded with a minimum quantity of thermosetting resin binder. ROCKINSUL RB slabs are capable of withstanding extreme temperature up to 750 °C and are light weight, strong, resilient, easy to handle, and easy to cut to suit intricate shapes.

LRB Rockwool Mattresses are flexible rock fiber mattresses, stitched with wire mesh and manufactured from stable rock fibers bonded with a minimum quantity of thermosetting resin binder. LRB Rockwool Mattresses are light weight, strong, resilient, easy to handle and cut to suit intricate shapes.

      GLASS WOOL  

​

 

Fiberglass duct board is a rigid board of insulation material manufactured from resin bonded inorganic glass fibers. The exterior surface of the board is a factory-applied reinforced aluminium foil-air barrier and water vapour retarder. The edges of the board are formed by machine to create a ship lapped edge or grooves, to allow the grooves to be joined to build straight ducts of any size or length. Duct system components such as tees, offsets, elbows and transitions may be fabricated from flat duct board. Fibrous glass duct boards are fabricated into ducts to make a fibrous glass duct system.

Ceramic fibre blankets for high temperature applications

​

Thermal Ceramics offers high temperature fibre blankets for applications in thermal management and passive fire protection. 

  • Refractory Ceramic Fibres (RCF), or Alumino Silicate Wool (ASW) blankets made from Kaowool®, Cerablanket®, Cerachem® and Cerachrome® with temperature capabilities up to 1425°C (2600°F)

  • Low biopersistent Alkaline Earth Silicate fibres (AES), are provided as Superwool®blankets with classification temperatures of 1300°C (2372°F)

  • Polycrystalline Fibres (PCW) blankets, Denka® Alcen® with a temperature rating up to 1600°C (2912°F)

Our high temperature insulating blankets are used in markets like Petrochemical, Power Generation, Consumer Goods and Automotive.
